The person appointed to this position will report to the ICT Manager. Requirements Computer Science or Information Technology Nation Diploma or Degree or equivalent. ITIL Foundation, N+ and A+ will be added advantages. 3 – 5 years’ experience as a server Administrator and Desktop Support Technician. FAIS OMBUD GRADUATE PROGRAMME INTAKE 2023/24 Pretoria, South Africa The Office of the Ombud for Financial Services Providers (FAIS Ombud) is established in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 37 of 2002 (the FAIS Act). Its objective is to consider and dispose of complaints in a procedurally fair, informal, economical and expeditious manner and by reference to what is equitable in all circumstances. The FAIS offices are in the east of Pretoria in Gauteng. In order to discharge its mandate, the FAIS Ombud seeks to appoint Graduate Trainees as part of the Graduate Recruitment Programme. This is a structured programme specifically designed to produce a pipeline of competent trainee entrants to the labour market. Duration – The duration of the programme is twelve (12) months.
