Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering / B Tech: Engineering or equivalent. Key performance areas: The expected incumbent will be reporting directly to the Accounting Officer • Provide leadership and direction to the directorate through managing all the sub divisions effectively to the fulfilment of the vision of Mahikeng Local Municipality • Overall responsibility for Infrastructure planning within a developmental context which include PMU, administering engineering contracts, sustainable provision of water and sewer infrastructure development • Drafting and implementing the departmental strategic plan and SDBIP and preparing and taking control of the departmental budget • Managing and ensuring productive utilization of personnel within the infrastructure directorate • Overall responsibility of implementing PMS within the department. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Law Enforcement / Traffic Management or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institute.
