Work based exposure may include any of the following:

Medical Management – Assist with injury assessment administration, undertakings administration (drafting, issuing, activation, etc.), caregiver management process
Bill review: reviewing and processing of medical invoices for Supplier Claims, Past Medical expenses and future medical expenses.
Medical Management – Use of risk management tools in bill review including use of medical tariffs, clinical codes and treatment protocol to ensure that all service providers adhere to the rules and the tariff as guided by the RAF and managed healthcare principles
Exception Handling – Take part in the implementation and maintenance of a formal exception handling process within the medical management.
Maintain the documentation and regular updating of the exception handling process
Stakeholder management – Follow-up and resolve all queries within the predefined turnaround times
External Stakeholder engagement (e.g. Road shows, consulting with families of claimants, service providers, direct claimants etc.)
General office administration, filing and data capturing related to the claims administration process.
