REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate / Grade 12. DUTIES : Job Purpose: The successful candidate will be responsible for, amongst others: Provide strategic leadership on ICT governance and ensure alignment with departmental and national health priorities. Develop and implement ICT governance frameworks, policies, and standards in line with Public Sector requirements. Establish and manage ICT Project Management Office (PMO). Oversee ICT programmes and projects to ensure delivery within scope, time, cost and quality. Manage the ICT project portfolio and ensure optimal allocation of resources. Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory frameworks including PFMA and POPIA. Lead ICT risk management, audit processes, and implementation of internal controls. Facilitate stakeholder engagement with internal business units and external stakeholders (e.g. National Department of Health, National Treasury, SITA). DUTIES : The successful candidate will be responsible for, amongst others: Provide overall leadership and management of the component inclusive of the development of strategic and operational plans, implementation and monitoring to ensure the achievement of specific, identified objectives. Organisational needs addressed. Type of audit outcome (A-G’s audit). Level of audit preparedness Ensure the effective and efficient management and utilisation of all resources attached to the component, inclusive of physical, financial and human resources. Manage all audit related matters emanating from both internal and external audits, inclusive of facilitation, reporting, remedial activities and control assessments. Develop, implement and monitor strategies, policies and systems in line with applicable legislation/frameworks for the strengthening of the internal control environment in the Department. Provide an audit liaison function in relation to all oversight committees relevant to the Department, the office of the Auditor-General and the Provincial Treasury.

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 1: Matric Certificate or Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) Diploma or Degree in General Nursing Science and Midwifery that allows registration with SANC as a General Nurse. Current SANC (2026) receipt. No experience. Requirements: Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse with SANC in General Nursing. Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration as Professional Nurse with SANC in General Nursing. NB: 1. Please note that most of the Clinics in Mandeni Sub District operates from 07h00 to 16h00 (Mandeni and Hlomendlini). Sundumbili and Isithebe Clinic operates over 24 hours, Ohwebede, Dokodweni, Ndulinde and Macambini Clinic operates on call after 16h00. 2. Staff may be requested to relieve/ allocated in any of the seven (07) facilities within the Sub District if and when the need arises. Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with approved maintenance schedules. Attend to mechanical breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests promptly. Identify mechanical faults and implement appropriate corrective measures. Inspect mechanical equipment and report defects or potential failures. Ensure that all work is performed according to prescribed technical, safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, inspections and equipment condition.
