FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT: EXPENDITURE Salary Grade: 03 TCC Employment Status: Permanent Job purpose: To execute and control the expenditure management function and processes at Metrobus. Minimum experience and qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business preferably majoring in Accounting, Finance, or another Financial-related program • Minimum 3 years' experience in financial services operations at least 5 years industry experience (3 years of which must be at a specialist level) Key performance areas 1. Internal and accounting control 2. Expenditure control function 3. Assess expenditure risks 4. Transactional procedures and applications 5. People management FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT: ASSETS Salary Grade: D3 TCC Employment Status: Permanent Job purpose: To execute and control the asset management function and processes at Metrobus. Minimum experience and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business preferably majoring in Accounting, Finance, or another Financial-related program Minimum 3 years' experience in financial services operations at least 5 years industry experience (3 years of which must be at a specialist level) Key performance areas 1. Asset process management 2. Asset record keeping 3. Protection of assets 4. People management ADMINISTRATOR (SAL - GRADE B4) Job purpose: To provide a range of administrative support services to the CFO and Finance staff to promote efficient delivery of services and, where applicable, effective management of the Finance office. Minimum experience and qualifications: Minimum Experience required is two years relevant functional experience providing executive office administrative support Grade 12 or Equivalent Three (03) year National Diploma in Administration / Management / Finance. Key Performance Areas 1. Scheduling and managing the CFO calendar including prioritizing and resolving related conflicts and competing demands. 2. Proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external individuals and maintaining an organised office. 3. Work closely with the CFO on Special projects and Audit and Finance Committees activities.
