Requirements An appropriate Bachelor's degree or a three-year related National Diploma; a minimum of 8 years' working experience with 6 years at middle management level (equivalent of Deputy Manager or Deputy Director in the Public Service); relevant experience in building management, security strategy and planning as well as fleet and lease management; proven successful operational and process management within public or private sector; competent knowledge and understanding of relevant policy and legislation, competent understanding of institutional governance systems; extensive knowledge of the public office environment; understanding of Electoral Commission operations and delegation of powers, as well as field-specific roles under the Division; leading competence; good planning, project management and implementation skills; good interpersonal and financial management skills, including knowledge and understanding of the relevant legislative frameworks.
More Information Applicants must be a South African citizen, who has not had a prominent political profile in the last 5 years. Should applicants be in possession of a foreign qualification, it must be accompanied by an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA).
