FINANCIAL SPECIALIST 
JOB LEVEL : D4 
SALARY RANGE : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R1,017,497.00- R1,197,055 
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office – Eco Park, Centurion) 
POSITION STATUS : Permanent 
 
Purpose of the job 
Designs; revises and/or implements accounting procedures in accordance with accounting principles/standards and treasury requirements. Conducts surveys to prepare recommendations for improvements; controls; new methods; and other changes to improve the efficiency of accounting systems. Preparation for quarterly and annual financial reports; and annual audits. 
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Chief Financial Officer(CFO) and the responsibilities include: ● Financial control, policy and procedure advice ● Quality Assurance ● Planning/Strategy ● Project Finance Coordination ● Advice and support on financial matters ● Playing overarching role on Supply Chain Management, Management Accounting, National Revenue Fund (NRF) and also supporting CFO ● Interaction with Auditor-General South Africa (AGSA) on issues relating to audit activities. 
 
Qualifications and Experience: ● Honours/4 degree (NQF L8) ● 4 – 7 Years managerial Experience ● 5 – 10 Years professional Experience ● 8 – 10 Years working Experience ● Qualified CA(SA) ● Post articles audit experience in public sector ● Knowledge of using financial systems such JDE & CaseWare will be added advantage.

SPECIALIST-LITIGATION, CONTRACTS AND GENERAL LEGAL SUPPORT 
JOB LEVEL : D1 
SALARY RANGE : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R635,295.00- R747,406.00 
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office – Eco Park, Centurion) 
POSITION STATUS : Permanent 
 
Purpose of the job 
The Litigation, Contracts and General Legal Support Specialist will manage litigation matters, draft and vet contracts, legal opinions, memoranda, and other legal documents in accordance with the legislated mandate of ICASA and other applicable legislation. 
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager Litigation, Contracts & General Legal Support and the responsibilities include: ● Management of litigation matters ● Drafting and vetting of Contracts, Letters, MoUs, Policies, Reasons Documents, Position Papers, Notices etc. ● Drafting legal opinions, correspondence to external stakeholders and memoranda ● Representation at local & international meetings and forum ●Legal support to Standing and Special committees ● Monitoring of and providing input where necessary in relation to legislation that has an impact on ICASA ● Conduct training, workshops or presentations on topical matters ● Represent relevant Divisions of ICASA in matters before the CCC 
 
Qualifications and Experience: ● LLB degree (NQF level 8) ● Admitted and enrolled as a Legal Practitioner with Board Examination passed ● 3 Years Management or 4 years Specialist experience ● 4 Years relevant working experience with 2 years in Litigation/ 2 years Regulatory/ 2 years Commercial legal ● Proven track record with Litigation, contract drafting and knowledge of various pieces of legislation such as Magistrates’ Court Act, Superior Courts Act and Rules, PAIA, POPIA, PAJA, ECA, ICASA Act and labour legislation ● Proven track record in building collaborative relationships ● Solid ICT acumen will be a distinct advantage.
