REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS OFFICER (FTC) HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT (PRETORIA) Reference Number RefNo057 Description Purpose of the Job: To ensure the timeous and accurate administration of salaries and other remunerations benefits of FSCA employees. Key Performance Areas: • Capture salary input (overtime, loans, incentives, staff accounts, salary increases, promotions, leave forms) on system; • Reconcile salary package report and send to Rewards and Benefits Specialist for sign-off; • Coordinate the structural adjustment and promotions process; • Provide technical and advisory support to the business with regard to pension, medical aid and employee benefits; • Coordinate the pension and medical aid induction; • Ensure that medical aid and pension queries for staff are attended to; • Ensure accuracy of medical aid billing reconciliation every month; • Assist the Human Resources team with terminations and on-boarding process; • Coordinate and conduct the job evaluations; • Coordinate the remuneration survey processes and ensure quality of data to survey houses; and • Coordinate the mid and year-end KPA process. The term of office for the appointed member will be four (4) years, effective from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2028. The FSCA’s Audit Subcommittee was established in accordance 51(1)(a)(ii) of the Public Finance Management Act and National Treasury Regulations 3.1.13 and 27(1).
