FINANCIAL SECTOR CONDUCT AUTHORITY (FSCA) FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - FACILITIES DEPARTMENT (PRETORIA) Reference Number: FSCA89 Description Purpose of the Job: To maintain standard of the FSCA’s buildings, equipment and facilities services that also provides a safe environment for the FSCA’s employees. Key Performance Areas: The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for maintaining building/s, assets, equipment, and grounds as well as overseeing the provision of services across the organisation relating to cleaning, hygiene, safety and security landscaping through the scheduling and management of contractors.
Other Key Competencies: The candidate must demonstrate the following skills and attributes: Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to carry out various types of routine inspections in the boardrooms, training rooms, meeting rooms and kitchens; service and customer orientated; leadership skills; ability to deal with complaints and problem solving; meticulous; accurate; methodical and systematic. The candidate also must be computer literate. The candidate will be subjected to competency assessment and integrity checks before an appointment is made.
