SENIOR MANAGER: FINANCIAL SUPPORT
GRADE 17 (Total Cost To Company)
Responsible for build a sustainable development investment book.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Key Performance Areas will encompass:
❖ Incentive Implementation -Strategic Plan and System Development Database and Incentive Programs – Quality
❖ Fund Management & Leverage Resource Management
❖ Management and Performance Reporting
❖ Developmental investment support systems
❖ Loan restructuring & workout
❖ Process and policy improvement
❖ Effective maintenance of the development investment book
❖ Resource Management
❖ Customer Service
❖ Report Generation
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
❖ B Degree in Commerce
❖ Experience in deal structuring and due diligence would be an advantage
❖ At least a minimum of 5 years in lending or structured finance environment, application of risk-based lending models and due diligence.
This is a permanent contract of employment and the successful candidate will be subjected to signing of a performance contract and verification of qualification.
