DISPUTE PREVENTION & RESOLUTION OFFICER

Post level: 08
 
Purpose: To provide high level administrative support to both the National Senior Commissioner: Dispute Prevention and Resolution and the Senior Manager: Dispute Prevention and Resolution. Administrative support includes but are not limited to diary management, travel and accommodation arrangements, conducting research, compiling PowerPoint Presentations, consolidation of monthly and quarterly reports, coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments, creating statistical reports setting up meetings via MS teams, preparing meeting packs and secretariat functions.
 
Key Performance Areas: –
• General Administration
• Administration respect of Travel and Accommodation
• Planning of Workshops

Key Requirements:
• Appropriate Administrative Qualification / B Degree or equivalent
• 2 – 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar high-performance area
• Training related to KPA’s
• Extensive knowledge of the complete MS Office suite
