Conduct and lead research initiatives to improve and enhance business operations such as existing property valuation systems and data. Perform regression modelling and statistical analysis using systems such as SPSS to analyze large volumes of data in order to achieve project goals. Lead and perform cost saving assessment to yield effective outcomes for various projects. Offer analysis to provide insights to management on socio-economic and infrastructure projects. Appointment Requirements:
Undergraduate BSc, BCom degree in sociology or closely related field/NQF level 7;
At least Code B driver’s licence;
5 years’ experience relevant;
Project management understanding.
Primary Function: Develop, implement and monitor the gender action plan to ensure that gender equality and women empowerment will be mainstreamed in all the components of the project, focusing on the social housing, biodegradable waste management, food resilience and evidence- based planning components of the project.
Key Performance Areas: Synergy relating to Employment Equity and Woman Development Plan and the Growth and Development Strategy. Lead in terms of financial strategy in a way that derives high efficiencies and mitigates risks. Determine financial impact. Lead in stakeholder management and compliance. Ensure planning and development analysis. Manage and coach staff in the unit to ensure that all staff meet the department’s objectives in line with the broader organizational objectives and requirements. Manage and monitor assets and resources of the Directorate. Control, consolidate, analyze and submit various reliable reports. Practice good governance and management of risks.
