3. Manage debtors’ account • Accounts receivable- invoice customers, ensure that money due to Brand South Africa is recovered, manage debtors age analysis. 4. Manage the cashbook and cash flow. • Prepare payments and receipts, bank reconciliation, bank balance monitoring, petty cash management. 5. Manage the Payroll. • Prepare and process the payroll administration and transfer the payroll information to AX accounting system. 6. Provide financial accounting administration services. • Process invoices, prepare creditors reconciliation, prepare payment requisitions, administer creditors age analysis report and attend to creditors queries. 7. Administer petty cash • Process payments and receipts, prepare a petty cash reconciliation. 8. Provide general finance administration support. • Maintain the accounting record management system • Administer the travel agency account: compile spreadsheets for reconciliation account process request for motivations from users. • Administer the petrol card: authorise petrol expenditure, prepare reconciliation of slips and petrol card. Required Skills, Competencies and Attributes • Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel). • Advanced accounting practices. • Advanced corporate governance practice. • Competent Payroll administration. • Basic presentation skills. • Excellent supplier management skills. • Basic project management skills. • Knowledge of financial accounting tools and systems. • Professional continuous accounting updates (keep to date with accounting practices). • Knowledge of financial management frameworks. • Knowledge of PFMA, IFRS, TR, GRAP, GAAP, Income Tax Act and other statutory requirements. • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management framework. • General knowledge of broader political, economic and social environment. • Professionalism. • Attention to detail. • Diversity awareness. • Honesty and Integrity. • Teamwork. • Impact and influence.
