Generic employee counselling, social development administration, Provincial social development support, trauma and bereavement counselling and support, social development publication and education & therapeutic workshops, community outreach, financial, people, and stakeholder management. Job Requirements:
Skills and specifications: Ability to meet deadlines, meticulous with report writing, vast attention to details, be able to deal with people at all levels, excellent presentation skills, excellent written and strong communication skills, strong counselling techniques, good planning and prioritising of tasks, and must be able to work under pressure and long hours. Additional knowledge/experience advantageous: Employee Wellness, Training and/or Facilitation
