MANAGER: SPECIAL PROJECTS (Fixed term position until 31 March 2030) The Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA) seeks to employ Manager: Special Projects (Role Band: D3), who will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and be based at the Head Office in Centurion. Grading: (Role Band: D3) Key Scale: R 1 138 652 (Total Cost to Company) The role of this position is to: To plan, manage, guide and drive the successful implementation of strategic special projects for the W&RSETA across different platforms, mediums and stakeholder groups. PROVINCIAL MANAGER: KZN The Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA) seeks to employ an Provincial Manager: KZN who will report directly to the Senior Provincial Manager: KZN & EC and be based at the Provincial Office. Grading: (Role Band) : D3 Key scale: R 1 138 652 The role of this position is to: To lead, manage, guide, coach, motivate and performance manage and inspire the KZN team to ensure the successful implementation of the KZN Operational, Strategic and Annual Performance plans as per the agreed DHET targets, NSDP and stakeholder needs and requirements for the Wholesale and Retail Sector. Grading: (Role Band: C3) Salary: R426 706 (Total Cost to Company per annum) The role of this position is to: Efficient and effective end-to-end delivery and implementation of allocated projects and programmes: learning programmes, bursary & placements, rural development, disability, SME, career guidance, special projects in WC that will result in optimal WC W&RSETA performance and result in stakeholder satisfaction. Grading: (Role Band: C4) Salary: R527 769 (Total Cost to Company per annum) The role of this position is to: To provide a professional, efficient and effective quality assurance function and service on W&RSETA projects in the Province. Key Performance Areas will include but not limited to the following: • Ensure effective and efficient execution, coordination and implementation of quality assurance services on Learning Programmes delivery according to approved Learning Programme Roll Out Plans. • Monitor, Evaluate and Recommend accreditation of new Skills Developments Providers and Assessment Centres. • Conduct 50% onsite external moderation and monitoring within Projects. • Evaluate and Approve Learning Programmes applications from applicant Skills Development Providers for W&RSETA aligned programmes. • Conduct workplace assessments and approvals to ensure workplaces meet SETA requirements and specifications prior to Provincial Manager endorsement, in line with WBLP regulations. • Facilitate extension of scope.
