IT ADMINISTRATOR (SYSTEMS) TEMP 6 Months Contract At the WRC we are constantly looking for ways to deliver effective ICT systems support for business applications and systems to meet the needs of the staff members. If you are a skilled, motivated, and dedicated IT Administrator (Systems) who will be able to assist WRC employees with ICT systems support, provide support for business applications and systems, and be able to implement ICT/system projects, then this opportunity is for you. The position of an IT Administrator (Systems) will provide you with a view to understand the business processes and be able to provide guidance and give input to business processes, architecture, and user interfaces. Assign and complete tickets in the IT help-desk queue, provide support to employees and educate and train employees on IT systems when required. The position of IT Administrator (Systems) will form part of the Corporate Services Team and will report to the Business Systems Manager. The IT Administrator (Systems) will be responsible for system administration and support for business applications, assistance with ICT system support to employees, implementation of ICT/system projects, 1st level support on Dynamics 365 support and producing ICT delivery of reports. Requirements Applicants must be in a possession of certificate in Dynamics 365 (Customer Service & Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application). DUTIES Fulfil oversight responsibilities regarding external and internal audit, internal control, financials, risk management, governance, information communication technology, compliance. Direct and lead the Audit Committee as well as account to the Board. Discharge all responsibilities as contained in relevant legislations and or the Audit Committee Charter. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE A three-year qualification in Accounting/Auditing/Corporate Governance/Financial Management/ Risk Management/Compliance management. Applicants must have at least 10 years’ experience serving as an Audit Committee Member in the public sector environment. KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED Knowledge and understanding of internal controls, major accounting and public sector reporting, organisational performance management, corporate governance. Knowledge of public sector legislation and policies including GRAP. Must be independent and knowledgeable on the status of their positions as Chairperson of the Audit Committee. Strong leadership, ability to maintain independence and objectivity, excellent communication skills, ability to inspire confidence and maintain a balanced view, analytical thinking, facilitation skills, courage to challenge discussions and ask relevant questions, willing to dedicate effort, time and energy to serve the interest of the public. IT ADMINISTRATOR (TEMP) 6 Months Contract At the WRC we are constantly looking for more efficient and effective ways of using technology to improve Desktop Support and to meet the IT needs of all staff members. If you are a skilled, motivated, and dedicated IT Administrator who will be able to maintain the company's ICT network, servers and security systems which includes specific projects to ensure business continuity, then this opportunity is for you. The position of an IT Administrator will provide you with a view of the IT technical operations and allow you to explore all aspects of application architecture, process automation, solution design, scaling, testing, and reporting. You will also have the exciting opportunity to work with great technologies alongside a high performing and creative team. The IT Administrator will form part of the Corporate Services Team and will report to the Infrastructure Manager. The IT Administrator will be responsible for the system and network administration and management, implementation and maintenance of ICT security, implementation of ICT projects, implementation and management of systems, and administration of the disaster recovery and continuity plan.
