The programme intends to empower the candidate with teaching and learning skills, and research skills in the field of Haematology with the ultimate goal of absorbing the candidate in the University workforce. The programme runs for 6 years during which in the first four years the candidate should register for and complete a PhD programme. The remaining two years the candidate will be empowered with teaching, learning skills and multidisciplinary research skills.
