STELLENBOSCH LOCAL MUNICIPALITY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER SPATIAL PLANNING PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PED/DP/SP/07 The successful candidate will report to the Manager Spatial Planning and must comply with the following:
● To keep track of the progress, whereabouts, decisions and comments of all the land use applications circulating within the Spatial Planning & Heritage Resource Management Section ● Physical filing and electronic filing ● Capturing enquiries for the Spatial Planning – and Heritage Resource Management Section; ● Coordination and Compilation of Monthly Reports for submission to the Senior Manager: Development Planning ● Facilitate the correct processing of invoices and obtaining of quotations ● Assist with any reasonable instruction or task as from time to time given by Manager: Spatial Planning.
