Special Investigating Unit (SIU) The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) is in the process of implementing a new strategy that resulted in a new operating model and structure. SIU is in search of new performance-driven executive team members who will drive the implementation of the new strategy that will position the SIU as a leading Anti-Corruption Agency in South Africa, underpinned by a performance-driven culture. Suitably qualified individuals are invited to apply for the following permanent position at Head Office, Pretoria: CHIEF HUMAN CAPITAL OFFICER (REF NO. Key performance areas (but not limited to): Drive the implementation of Human Capital strategy. Manage Human Capital operations. Manage all aspects of Human Capital systems. Talent Management. Provide a consulting service. Manage Employee Relations (ER). Manage Remuneration and Reward initiatives. Facilitate Performance Management. Manage Learning and Development. Financial Management. Human Capital Management. Stakeholder Management.
