Finance and Project Accountant (permanent) Reporting to the Finance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for accounting tasks in compiling the monthly management accounting. Ensure the Debtors Master file maintenance with multiple currencies, timeous, accurate invoicing, and collection of debt. Balancing of the general ledger to the fixed assets register, maintenance of the fixed assets register with additions, asset tags, disposals, annual impairment testing, locations, condition, and custodians. Complete general ledger reconciliations for review and process all journal entries for approval. Aid Project managers in finance accounting. Complete the monthly commitments schedule.
