The incumbent will further support the CEO in leading and directing key operational areas within SALGA in order to ensure that the strategic objectives of SALGA in these areas are met within budget, quality and time requirements; The successful candidate shall lead an established team in providing excellent strategic leadership, thus enabling SALGA to remain a world leader in local government management and innovation.
