SOUTH AFRICAN DIAMOND AND PRECIOUS METALS REGULATOR (SADPMR) INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME The South African Diamond and Precious Metals Regulator, established in terms of Section 3 of the Diamonds Amendment Act, 2005 (Act 29 of 2005), aims to regulate the downstream diamond and precious metals industries to ensure equitable access to the diamond and precious metals resources of the Republic. To ensure that they are exploited and developed in the interest of the people of South Africa, to promote local beneficiation and ensure compliance with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme.

We are looking for high-achieving graduates in the following fields: DIVISION: Jewellery Design and Manufacture (x3 Candidates to be based in Jewellers Industry – Germiston) AREA OF STUDY: Diploma/ National Diploma in Jewellery Design and Manufacture HEAD OFFICE AND REFERENCE NO.: Head Office REF: JHB01 DIVISION: Inspectorate (x1 candidate to be based in Head Office- Kempton Park) AREA OF STUDY: Degree/ Honours Degree in Metallurgy HEAD OFFICE AND REFERENCE NO.: Head Office REF: JHB02 DIVISION: Internal Auditing (x1 Candidate to be based in Head Office -Kempton Park) AREA OF STUDY: Post Graduate Diploma in Internal Auditing HEAD OFFICE AND REFERENCE NO.: Head Office, REF: JHB03 INSTRUCTIONS: Graduates must be: South African citizens between the ages 18 and 35.
