Duties: •Handle reception enquiries appropriately and professionally. •Coordinate, create, and place content for the SADPMR's social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, as part of an internal marketing team. Handling queries by the phone, email, typing reports, and letters, photocopying & printing, ordering supplies, setting up meetings & taking minutes. •Organising and storing paperwork and computer-based information. •Booking conference and meeting room facilities. • Organising staff’s travel and accommodation requirements. •Assist on updating and maintaining websites using a Content Management System. Preparing and review of communications. Management of the CEO’s agenda and office matters. Assisting the CEO with oversight of Enterprise Development. Management of external and internal events, visits, and meetings. Making follow ups on strategic projects with teams to ensure completion on time and to the required standard of quality. Ensuring that company standards are applied, and internal policies and procedures are followed. Ensure proper and cost-effective management of the resources of the Office. Develop and maintain an effective documents flow system. Provide administrative support in relation to the coordination and performance of the division’s work.
