Knowledge and understanding of telecommunication technologies, and the configuration of telecommunication systems and computer applications, printers, etc. Understanding of the Public Service Act and Regulations. Knowledge of various computer technologies and how they impact business, and of good customer service practices. Sound knowledge of how IT impacts organisational functions.
