Duties: * Support the optimisation of the section/unit: * Contribute to the development of operational plans in the Unit * Comply to all policies and procedures in the Unit * Conduct project administration, recorded keeping d produce project related reports * Systematize the achievement of deliverables against project plans * Demonstrate knowledge of the latest development within area of expertise * Take ownership for own work, performance management and development * Introduce improvement opportunities within area of expertise in line with best practice to optimise performance * Engage in problem solving and continuous improvement to maximize output of area * Process of revocation order applications: * Consider applications for revocation as per section 20 of the AARTO Act * advice the Registrar on compliance with section 17,19 and 20 of the AARTO Act before the enforcement orders are issued * Evaluate applications for revocation of enforcement orders and decide on the most appropriate outcome * Focus more on procedural matters rather than facts of the infringements or substantive matters * Conduct investigation to verify facts where, necessary * Populate adjudication NCR transaction as required * Record outcome for revocation of enforcement orders* Update the national contraventions register accordingly with the required outcome* Compile and submit reports to the Manager* Support campaigns of the Agency when necessary* Enquiries: Mr. Kabelo Magongwa – (087) 285 0500 Correspondence will only be sent to shortlisted candidates, if you do not hear from us in 30 days from the closing date, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
