JOB TITLE : Contract Manager
SALARY GROUP : Assistant Manager
LOCATION : Head Office (Pretoria)
DEPARTMENT : SCM REFERENCE: SCM/CM-HQ/01/2019
Represent Autopax interest to the Supplier
Escalate contract disputes to relevant Stakeholders
Facilitate negotiations of remedies with the Supplier, in the event of breach of contract terms
Ensure appropriate Supplier relationship structure in place
Ensure Contract Management Reporting which will include terminations, monthly contract spend (Actual vs Budget) etc.
Understand the procurement process as a whole, contract administration, Contract Performance, Management, Relationship Management Broad – Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (BBEEE), Business Environment, Relevant Legislation, Understanding of the company policies and procedures, SAP
Business Acumen, Service Orientated, Excellent Interpersonal skills, Persistent, Good Reporting, Writing skills , Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written, Computer and Presentation skills, Understanding of Policies and Procedures, Planning, Management skills, Project Management
Analytical, Attention to detail, Ability to work under pressure, Interpersonal skills, Problem Solving, Integrity, Assertive, Professional, Ethical
Grade 12 or equivalent
Three (3) years Tertiary qualification in SCM.
At Least 3-5 years’ experience in similar role
Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, Power Point advance and SAP)
