Duties will include amongst others: Leads and manages the strategic planning processes of the Legislature; Oversees the overall management of Parliamentary services, including House Proceedings, NCOP mandating processes and legal services of the Legislature; Advices on the implementation of legislation and government policy in line with the Law-making, Oversight, Public Participation mandate of the Legislature; Leads and oversees all financial management plans and activities of the Legislature in compliance with the Financial Management Act (FAMPLA) and its amendments; Builds and maintains sound relations with institutional stakeholders; Manages and sustain collaborative relations with international stakeholders; Leads and manages the financial planning processes of the Legislature; Maintains a climate which attracts, keeps and motivates a diverse staff of top quality people.
