1X SENIOR MANAGER: HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT Post Level: P5 Ref No: 10107 Business Unit: Human Resources Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer CTC (Basic Salary): R1,331,916.42 to R1,661,446.07 Region: Pretoria Purpose Purpose: To provide strategic management and leadership to the Human Capital Management KPAs / Key Outputs •Strategic Management and Leadership • Human Resource Administration • Organisation Development • Employee Relations • Human Resource Development • OHS and Wellness • People Management • Financial Management Corporate Governance and Risk Management Qualification / Experience • Honours degree or equivalent qualification (NQF 8) in Human Resources Management or Industrial and Organisational Psychology, or Labour Relations or Human Resource Development •8 years' relevant management experience in Human Capital Management Knowledge Knowledge & Skills: In-depth Knowledge of HR practices: Recruitment, Talent development, Performance management, Labour relations, Organisational Development, Change Management and Employee Remuneration and Benefits); In-depth of knowledge of Employment practices & compliance (Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills development Act; Very Good Knowledge of HR Metrics: Analysis and interpretation of statistical data/HR analytics; Good Business Acumen: Strategic Planning & Management; Good Knowledge of Public Sector Legislation (PFMA and etc.); Good HR Consulting Skills; Good Project Management Skills; Strong Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills; Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills; Strong Presentation Skills; Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills; Strong Planning and Organising Skills; Strong Conflict and Dispute Resolution Skills.
