Minimum qualifications required are: A tertiary qualification level in law and/or finance and/or business administration A post graduate qualification will be an advantage Minimum of 10 years management experience at senior level in the private or public sector. A keen understanding of South African labour legislation. Financially literate Excellent track record in relationship building and management. The remuneration package associated with the position reflects its seniority and is market related.
