Governance Ensure the Board articulates its role and accountabilities and that the committees and individual Board members evaluate performance regularly. Manage the Board’s due diligence process to assure timely attention to core issues. o Ensure effective fiscal and governance measures of the MDDA. Attend Board and Committee meetings, including being the lead staff on the Audit/Finance Committee. Oversee the production of monthly reports, including reconciliations with funders and pension plan requirements, as well as financial statements and cash flow projections for use by Executive Management, as well as the Audit/Finance Committee and the Board matters.
