Advisor Legal Services will be responsible for ensuring that the Board of Directors are aware of all relevant laws and regulations and to report any failure to comply. Responsible to formulate a system to meet the onerous obligation, such as taking responsibility for certain areas of the law, which relates to his/ her expertise and relying on the legal services and/or outside lawyers for other specialised expertise and support.
