Experience within the law enforcement environment, liquor industry and/or regulator environment would be advantageous. KEY COMPETENCIES: The incumbent is expected to be in possession of the following competencies: strategic capability and Leadership, business strategy development and systems integrations. Regulatory requirements within the Public sector (i.e. PFMA) and the KwaZulu-Natal Liquor Licensing Act. 2010 (Act 6 of 2010). Corporate Governance procedure (i.e. King IV). KEY COMPETENCIES: The incumbent for this position is expected to possess several key competencies. These include a strong knowledge and understanding of the KwaZulu-Natal Liquor Licensing Act and other relevant regulatory requirements. Additionally, proficiency in governance procedures is essential. The individual should also possess excellent networking skills to engage with industry stakeholders effectively. Furthermore, planning and organizing abilities are crucial for successful performance in this role.
