MANAGEMENT ECHELON CHIEF DIRECTOR: CORPORATE MANAGEMENT REF NO: CSL30/2022 SALARY : R1 269 951 per annum, (an all-inclusive remuneration package) is payable to the successful candidate. The package includes a basic salary (70 % of package) and a flexible portion (30% of package) that may be structured in terms of the applicable rules. The successful candidate will be subject to security clearance and the signing of a performance agreement within three months of appointment. CENTRE : Pietermaritzburg REQUIREMENTS : An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) in Public Administration or relevant equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA, coupled with minimum five years of experience at senior managerial level in a corporate management environment. Successful completion of the Pre-entry Certificate for SMS as endorsed by the National School of Government (NSG). Valid driver’s license and applicants must be prepared to work extended hours.
