Essential Requirements: • Relevant Post graduate qualification (Min NQF Level 7) Finance/Accounting or Chartered Accountant (SA). • A relevant Master's Degree or higher will serve as an advantage, • Certificate in Municipal Financial Management (SAQA qualification ID No. 48965) will serve as an added advantage. • Minimum of 10 years at Senior and Middle Management level (5 of the 10 years must be at Senior Management level). Managerial experience in the transportation industry will serve as an added advantage. Key Competencies: • Proven ability to manage finances of an Entity or Corporation the size of Metrobus and to ensure that the financial management of the entity's finances are adhered to (GAAP, the MFMA, and compliance regulations). • Ability to implement and maintain internal controls and to ensure compliance with CRAP; MFMA; Auditor General of South Africa and Treasury regulations for all financial reporting. • Strong ability to timeously produce and assess financial statements and budget documents.• Ability to establish and build strong working relationships with providers and receivers of financial information. • In depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, • In-depth knowledge of the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), and the requisite compliance requirements including related Treasury Regulations. Key performance areas: • Provide Strategic Leadership and direction to own Department and to the whole of Metrobus as an Executive and from a CFO perspective, • Responsible for the provision of sound Financial Management for the whole of Metrobus, including provision of Operational and Strategic Financial Management; Budget Management; Revenue Management; Maintaining Working Capital; Financial Performance and Reporting. • Responsible for provision of effective and efficient Asset Management and Supply Chain Management. • Compile and present Financial Management and Budget reports regularly to the Board; Board Sub-Committees and other formal leadership forums such as Section 79 Oversight Committee. • Responsible for Management of own Department including Departmental and individual performance management; staff discipline and management of departmental resources. Essential Requirements: • National Diploma in Risk Management or related or an NQF Level 5 Equivalent. • 4-5 years experience in knowledge of Risk and Compliance. Key performance areas: • Lead and manage the company risk function; • Implementation and monitoring of risk; • Implementation and monitoring of compliance processes Position Name : Manager: Technical Services (Re - Advertisement) Job Grade D3: TCC Employment Status : Permanent Purpose: To Manage Workshop Activities Essential Requirements: • Qualified Artisan with Business Management Degree • 6-10 years in a similar position of Supervisory Experience + Business Management Experience Key Performance Areas: • To comply with all budget parameters and stay within all budget cost limits by monitoring all sections expenditure reports, to keep within parameters. • To ensure that all vehicles are serviced on time and to the correct manufacturers recommendations. By reviewing all Sections Foremen reports. To keep within vehicles service intervals and ensure that maximum life is obtained from all 'A" units (engines gearboxes and axles). • To provide Operations with their approved daily requirement of buses by ensuring that daily 0.0.C list is 10% of depot fleet or lower by monitoring breakdowns daily and ensure that all breakdowns have quality repairs done and signed off by a Supervisor.
