Liaise with professional institutions, key stakeholders, relevant committees and interested groups on matters pertaining to parks and open space management functions
Manage all assets by maintaining the asset register, maintaining quality standards Procurement of assets Management of park infrastructure Implementation of marketing programmes Determine, coordinate and control the effective utilization of staff Initiate management and technical training programmes to develop Human Resources Develop, maintain and monitor the financial budget of parks and open spaces in area of responsibility. Implement, monitor and control effective and efficient financial management procedures in the receipt and allocation of funds Ensure the provision and safe use of all tools, machinery, plant and equipment according to OHSA. Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and management of parks Actively participate in the planning, development and maintenance of adequate parks and open spaces facilities and development projects and maintenance work Meeting service delivery requirements, contracts management and as well as asset control and management.
