We are seeking to appoint a motivated employee in the following position: HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT EMPLOYMENT COORDINATOR Basic Salary Range: R241 212 – R326 328 per annum, excluding benefits
Requirements: Relevant 3- year tertiary qualification in HR Management/ Industrial Psychology or Social Sciences □ Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Business Partner or HR generalist in the professional stream within a large organisation □ Intermediate level computer literacy in Microsoft Office 365 □ Valid driver’s licence. Key Responsibilities include: Coordinate and implement all systems, processes and procedures relevant to Recruitment & Selection, Induction & Orientation, Job Evaluation and Termination of Services □ Compile and submit monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reports □ Assist with the development and implementation of compliant HR-related policies and procedures □ Assist with preparation for and during the annual Audits □ Monitor and report on the recruitment budget □ Contribute to risk management by alerting the Human Resources Manager to any areas of potential risk that require mitigation. Competencies Required: Ability to manage and mitigate employment related risks • Ability to record information accurately • Ability to work in a team as well as independently • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders • Knowledge of the procurement process • Ability to keep abreast of HR-related legislation, regulations, codes and best practice to enable effective compliance • Report writing • Ability to meet deadlines • Ability to prioritise deliverables • Organisation, planning and effective implementation skills. BASIC SALARY AND BENEFITS The salary range quoted above excludes employment benefits comprising a 13th cheque, a contribution towards a designated retirement fund (compulsory) and a designated medical aid (voluntary) as well as a housing subsidy. Additional employment conditions such as leave entitlement are generous.
