Requirements: Business Administration degree or equivalent PA/Office administrator qualification At least 5 years executive assistant/PA experience (proven track-record) Solid executive PA skills (typing, correspondence, queries, diary management, travel & logistical arrangements) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Computer literate Professional appearance and conduct Key Performance Areas: To support the CEO in the performance of his duties both administratively and organizationally To manage the CEOs diary, stakeholder commitments and logistical arrangements both locally and internationally To liaise with and coordinate CEO activities with the other Executive staff members and Directors that also report directly to the CEO To project a professional, efficient and courteous image and work ethic To manage access of Media to CEO through the Manager: Marketing Communications and Media Relations To direct queries to CEO and to directors as appropriate, and follow-up (close the loop) Skills and personal attributes Take initiative/proactive Attention to detail Unquestionable integrity and objectivity Deadline driven with delivery of high-quality outputs Problem solving and sound judgment Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent business writing skills Excellent communicator Advanced IT skills (Nice-to-have) Ethical approach and commitment towards confidentiality CVs must be e-mailed to hr@irba.co.za.
