Same SCAMSTER message was sent to me. Very convicing in the documents, but the introduction and wording very un-professional, with much grammer error and bad writing.

We also received the same request today (20 February 2018) and after much research and googling and numerous calls to the "supposed supplier of the cutting disks" we discovered it was a scam. The initial quotation request was riddled with errors and the contact details (email, tel no and private bag number) was all different to the official Social Development Department. Thankfully we didnt pay for anything...thanks for this information

Received an email with a very similar document, asking for quote on qty of 350 GMX 4x4 Blades (which is supplied by ONLY one place in PE - Company name: HANS, which is also a part of the scam). Fortunately didnt place the order or pay anything after being told that we were awarded.

They are trying again, with a Panavision Thermal imaging camera. Once again, the only supplier is a company in CapeTown. I contacted Panavision and they say that a photo of their camera was used, but it is only a movie camera, not a thermal imaging camera. Same tender doc as the blades.
