healthcovid-19.co.za is a fraudulent domain and not associated or affiliated with the Department of Health South Africa. Yesterday, 08 April 2020 we exposed another scam using the domain healthza.org.za. The official government domain is http://www.health.gov.za Well scammers like being ahead and think they can outsmart everyone. Bothe domains were registered on 25 March 2020 with the other being a backup in case the other is exposed for being fraudulent. It is very easy to identify a fraudulent domain.
All that the scammers do is hide the true identity of the domain behind a false sender name. Simply click on the sender name as shown above and the true identity will reveal itself Once you have don that, PLEASE BLOCK the sender and AVOID OPENING any attachments. They may be infected with malware and viruses that will steal your information and compromise your devises. Furthermore, also avoid being greedy and remember the services your company is registered to provide on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD). Criminal elements are sending this fraudulent emails to just any company they can. They are asking for quotes on Solar and yet they will sent it to a company registered to provide cleaning. It is all desperate Phishing luring for greedy people. Scammers are obviously receive all your contact emails from unscrupulous procurement officials in government. So be extra careful at all times even when receiving a call. Please remember that all government tenders are freely listed on https://etenders.treasury.gov.za/ If a tender is not listed here. Then it is a scam. RUN!!! REMEMBER THAT SCAMMERS ARE ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY AND NEVER, EVER THINK YOU CAN BE CLEVER BY DOING BACKDOOR DEALS. IT NEVER ENDS WELL!!!
