TECHNICAL SERVICES EXECUTIVE MANAGER: ASSETS, MAINTENANCE ASSURANCE Minimum: An appropriate four (4) year engineering degree with minimum 8 years of experience in physical asset lifecycle management; Registration or registrable with the Engineering Council of South African or international equivalent; Minimum of eight (8) years management and maintenance of assets and experience in the transport sector; Maintenance engineering and maintenance of railway systems; Management of Technology; Relevant legislations governing the management of public infrastructure assets; Relevant international and national specifications, codes of practice and standards for asset management. Reports to: Senior Executive Manager Technical Services Purpose: To execute the strategic oversight over the long-term preservation of Gautrain systems assets within and beyond the Concession Agreement in compliance to statutory legislations; Execute strategic project management, planning and budgeting for system optimization, expansions and network extensions; Strategic management of technology evolution and its application in the public transport system. TECHNICAL SERVICES EXECUTIVE ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT A four (4) year degree In Civil or Mechanical or equivalent engineering degree, with minimum 10 years of experience in railway engineering; At least 10 years' experience in a senior management position in a railway environment; Experience and knowledge of asset management and maintenance of railway transport systems; Experience In a transport service environment; Ability and proven experience in compiling guideline, processes and procedures; Understanding and experience in working with railway standards and legislation. Reports to: Senior Executive Manager Technical Services Purpose: To provide strategic technical expertise in the management of the Gautrain system and the Concession and facilitate integrated strategic planning of railway system projects, and conduct research to improve technical and technological system requirements and processes. INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY SENIOR MANAGER: ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT Minimum: Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering; or equivalent training, education and experience; EA Certification; Project Management Training; Minimum of eight (8) year EA experience; 6 years' experience in Information Technology. Reports to: Executive Manager: IT Strategy and Innovation Purpose: Responsible for planning and management of the architecture function. Design IT systems in synchronization with the needs of the organization, Align business objectives with the IT infrastructure that supports those goals. Oversee that applications are built to capitalize on the potential cost savings using SOA, monitor software quality and reusability. INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field; Agile/Scrum methodology; Certifications in AWS, Azure Google cloud Solution Architect certification; Minimum of 5 years in solutions architecture role. Reports to: Senior Manager: Enterprise Architect Purpose: As the Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for evaluating an organization's business needs and determining how IT can support those needs by leveraging software, hardware, or infrastructure. This includes leading the development team in the analysis, design, development, and deployment of solutions. RE - ADVERTS CORPORATE SERVICES: HUMAN CAPITAL SENIOR MANAGER: TALENT DEVELOPMENT Human Resources Management or related field at NW 7; Minimum of 5 - 8 years' relevant experience in Talent Management / Talent Development or Human Capital Management with at least 5 years in a Management role. Reports to: Senior Executive Manager: Corporate Services Purpose: Develop and oversee the implementation of Learning 8 Development, Career Development, Talent Management Programmes / Strategies and Capability Development to create a pool of appropriate qualified employees for the organisation; Provide leadership for development of strategies and best practices to attract, develop and retain key talent in the Gautrain Management Agency (GMA) in line with the organisational strategic objectives. INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY ICT COORDINATOR National Diploma in Administration or equivalent; Over 3 years relevant experience in Administration or related experience. Reports to: Chief Information and Digital Officer Purpose: To assist in the coordination of CT activities including 1st line Helpdesk support, management of Helpdesk system, general ICT administration, ICT store-room management, online security awareness programme administration, coordination of BCM and IT DR exercises: Providing administrative support to include, but are not limited to, scheduling, correspondence, coordination, and communication on behalf of the CIDO and team.
