SETA experience is an added advantageous KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Understanding of relevant legislation such as SDA, SAQA Act and PFMA; Strong financial acumen Audit background Interpersonal skills; Strong communication skills; Writing skills; and Work in team-oriented environment BEHAVIUORAL TRAITS: Brand leadership Positive influence capabilities Independence Precision Cognitive application of coherent principles Confidentiality KEY PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support regarding the management of projects Assist the General Manager in ensuring that Formal Commitments are consolidated and ready for processing prior submitting the schedule for CEO to sign-off Responsible for General Ledger linking and review thereof Preparing of national payments, ensuring payment within 30 days Reviewing of weekly payments, ensuring reporting and documentation compliance Stakeholder management / liaise on matters of payments / projects for national Query management ensuring 72 hours turn around Maintain electronic and manual filling system for national Provide information in response to routine enquiries relating to projects matters Arrange travel and workshops logistics for national and national stakeholders Organize meetings, including maintaining Project calendars for national Maintains and updates relevant databases Develop administrative systems underpinning the Projects function Carry out administrative and secretarial duties, including minute taking for national Assist with review of documentation for compliance and correctness by ensuring that references, dates, signatures, balances, and deliverables are in line with the MoU or any other formal commitment. Assist the General Manager during the audit period to ensure that all required documents from Auditors are collated in appropriate manner and submitted on time Any other reasonable task as may be requested by Management.
