EXECUTIVE: IMPROPER CONDUCT AND ENFORCEMENT Position Summary: The Executive: Improper Conduct and Enforcement role is Executive: Improper Conduct and Enforcement oversees and manages the appeals, improper conduct and enforcement oversight statutory function to ensure compliance of the engineering sector as stipulated in sections 24, 26, 28-33 the Engineering Profession Act 46 of 2000 of South Africa. COUNCIL SECRETARY (Re-Advert) Position Summary: The Council Secretary role is responsible for providing Council with guidance in their duties, responsibilities, powers and ensure their awareness and knowledge on all laws and regulations relevant to ECSA, including monitoring and advising them on business ethics, good governance, and the relevant international developments thereof. The Council Secretary reports to the resident of the Council with the dotted line to the Chief Executive Officer. Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
