Review and implementation of the credit and debt collection policy in order to ensure that the municipality improves and meets the revenue targets. Develop and implement a revenue targets. Develop and implement an integrated revenue management strategy to ensure financial stability. Implementation of council approved tariffs out controls in place to mitigate revenue losses. Develop and implement a customer care management strategy that will ensure that the municipality enforces the Batho-Pele principles. Ensuring all staff the municipal revenue agency is adequately trained, developed and equipped with the required skills as determined in an approved workplace skills plan.
