SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATOR 12 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT SALARY: PATTERSON GRADE B-LEVEL PURPOSE: Support the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Officers with the administrative functions required by the unit. Minimum Requirements: •A Matric Certificate •1 year certificate in Supply Chain .2 years Procurement experience in terms of MFMA. Responsibilities: •Update and administer suppliers’ accreditation •Update the list of non performing suppliers/company restricted bidder list •Filing of unsuccessful tender documents for easy retrieval and file unsuccessful bidders as per the document management policy •Administer the database of potential suppliers 'Arrange tender committee meetings •Create packs for meetings •Ensure compliance with MFMA Supply Chain requirements •The incumbent reports to the Supply Chain Manager. COMPANY SECRETARY PERMANENT SALARY: PATTERSON GRADE D-LEVEL PURPOSE: Provide direction and strategic advice on the conduct of business to ensure that the development of strategies and corporate planning are in line with sound corporate governance principles and that the Board of Directors fulfil their statutory requirements. The successful incumbent will provide support as the Company Corporate Legal Officer. Minimum Requirements: •A Bachelor's degree in Law (NQF Level 7) •5 to 8 years of experience in Corporate Governance and/or Legal Support •Registration as a Chartered Secretary is an advantage. Responsibilities: The company's secretary duties include, but are not restricted to: • Providing the Directors of the company collectively and individually with guidance as to their duties, responsibilities and powers •Making the Directors aware of any Law relevant to or affecting the company • Reporting to the Company's Board any failure on the part of the company or a Director to comply with the MOI or rules of the company or the Companies Act •Ensuring that minutes of all shareholders meetings, Board meetings and the meetings of any committees of the Directors or of the company's audit committee are properly recorded in accordance with the Act •Certifying in the company's Annual Financial Statements whether the company has filed the required returns and notices in terms of the Companies Act and whether all such returns and notices appear to be true, correct and up-to-date •Ensuring that a copy of the Company's Financial Statements is sent, in accordance with the Act, to every person who is entitled to it •Carrying out functions of a person designated in terms of Section 33 (3) of the Companies Act. DRIVER/MESSENGER PERMANENT SALARY: PATTERSON GRADE B-LEVEL PURPOSE: Provide an effective and efficient driver/messenger service to all EHC Departments. Minimum Requirements: •A Matric Certificate •A valid driver's licence •3 years of experience as a driver/messenger •Good driving record with no gross violations •Own vehicle will serve as an advantage. Responsibilities: •Deliver and collect items, such as documents, parcels, etc. 'Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions •Manage petrol consumption by planning most effective routes •Deliver and collect messages, correspondence and packages to and from internal and external stakeholders • Manage vehicle cleanliness and general maintenance, such as oil change, batteries, brakes and clutch fluid •Management of vehicle maintenance.
