EVENT COORDINATOR (TG 10) MIN R286 468.00 MAX R475 844.00 PER ANNUM INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL The organisation is calling for suitable candidates to apply for the position of Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the project planning and control processes of various types of events held at the Durban ICC, whilst performing specific activities associated with the administration and provision of the event activities. Draft request of quotations for outsourced services and sending request for quotations to Supply Chain Management team to source quotations Responsible for raising purchase requisitions and purchase orders on JDE system Required to upsell Durban ICC services and or venues to the client and prepare necessary documentation for approval and sign off by the client Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, clients, suppliers and industry partners.
