EPWP WASTE MANAGEMENT YOUTH JOBSEEKERS. Drakenstein Municipality invites qualifying youth to apply for training opportunities within the Solid Waste Management department at the municipality. A. EPWP STUDENT TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES. Students (youth) with training in (i) Waste Management (ii) Environmental Management (iii) Building / Civil Technicians and (v) Solid Waste Management are being offered the opportunity to receive in service training in the waste management field. These opportunities relate to the supervision of illegal dumping cleaning teams and organizing the weekly response to the situation on the ground. B. EPWP YOUTH OPERATOR TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES. Youth with skills and training in operating construction equipment (i) digger loaders, (ii) front-end loaders or (iii) 10m3 tipper trucks. C.
