• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, ICT-related policies and procedures.
• Ensure Alignment of Municipal ICT Strategy and Policies with the District and Provincial ICT framework • Introducing & presenting a conceptual framework of current and future interventions necessary to improve ITC in the municipality. • Responsible for PMS within the ICT Unit • Plan, organize, control and evaluate ICT and electronic data operations • Running and sharing regular operation system reports with Senior Manager Corporate Support Services. • Responsible for the development, management and implementation of the ICT budget within the unit.
