INTERN: LEGAL INTERNS X 1 - 12 MONTHS CONTRACT CENTRE: Northern Cape provincial office: Kimberly Responsibilities Key Performance Area • Assist with general office duties/dealing with HR related queries. • Resolve issues relating to benefits (completion of the medical & pension fund documentation - registration of dependents, nomination of beneficiaries, medical cancellations) • Develop and Maintain HR Compliance Knowledge • Regularly update HR information databases. • Send job offer letters to the candidate / agency. • Assist with coordinating the selection and recruitment process. • Assist with completing termination letters and forms (UI19, Record of service) • Handling of recruitment mailbox and capture received applications. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in HR or equivalent. • Knowledge and understanding of the BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHSA and other labour related Acts and regulations. • Must be a South African citizen. • Strong verbal and written communications skills. • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to work under pressure. • Attention to details. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. INTERN: LEGAL ADMIN INTERN - 12 MONTHS CONTRACT Responsibilities Key Performance Area • Ensure that the administrative support is rendered. • Ensure that the secretarial support is offered at all times. • Take minutes and arrange time and venues for meetings. • Manage departmental documents. • Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be delegated to you from time to time. • Filing and document management • Coordinate travel arrangements and subsistence allowance. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent. • Qualification in Paralegal will be an added advantage. • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities. • Excellent drafting, writing, and editing skills. • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. • Must be a South African citizen. • Ability to work under pressure. • Attention to details. • Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality.
