FULL TIME SENIOR COMMISSIONER COUNCILS AND AGENCIES – NATIONAL OFFICE Post level:04 REF: FTSCOMCA10-23 The National office has a vacancy for a Full Time Senior Commissioner: Council and Agencies. Purpose To provide a management support role to the Senior Commissioner: Dispute Prevention and Resolution at National Office (P03)/ NSC – Dispute Prevention and Resolution and the statutory functions of the Commission in order to ensure all efficiencies and statutory requirements relating to Councils and Agencies Unit are met at all times. To support the implementation of the strategy and operational plans in respect of Councils and Agencies Unit relating to accreditation, monitoring and evaluation of dispute resolution performance, subsidy payment and effective stakeholder relations. Key performance areas: • Accreditation Management • Subsidy Payments Management • Stakeholder Relationship Management • Certification of Bargaining Council Awards • Annual Operational Plan • Reporting • Financial / Budget Management • People Management Key requirements: • Appropriate bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Training on Labour legislation • 8 – 10 years’ experience and 2 – 3 experience at Management Level Training on CCMA policies and procedures.
