ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER - OPERATIONS - SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT UNIT ACCOUNTABILITY The Assistant Project Manager is accountable to the Spatial Development Unit Head within the Operations Business Unit of the Coega Development Corporation (CDC). MANDATE The Assistant Project Manager is mandated by the Board of Directors of Coega Development Corporation to take responsibility for assisting all members of the Spatial Development Unit with project management aspects related to SEZ Designation Applications, Land Development Research, Project Feasibility Studies as well as Spatial Planning and Land Use Development Applications for the Coega SEZ and other External Programmes under the overall direction of the Executive Manager Operations. DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS The primary objective of the Assistant Project Manager is to provide support to the Senior Spatial Planner and Unit Head: Spatial Development in order to achieve corporate and project objectives.
